Product Analyst - JustMarkets Tech

Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to drive data-informed product decisions
Define, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience
Own and maintain event tracking coverage across web and mobile platforms to ensure accurate data collection
Analyze user behavior across the full product funnel, including registration, onboarding, deposits, and trading activity
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, BigQuery, Tableau, and others to generate actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product and growth teams to monitor key metrics
Define and track core product metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, etc
Support product decision-making by providing actionable data insights and recommendations
Evolve data analytics processes and architecture to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability

2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or e-commerce
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and explore deeper insights when needed
Strong expertise in A/B testing principles and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses
Experience with data visualization tools and BI techniques to create actionable reports and dashboards.
Proficiency with third-party analytics systems such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, etc
Solid knowledge of key product metrics, including experience building funnels and providing recommendations based on data
Full proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, analyzing, and presenting data effectively
