  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts


  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms
  • Knowledge of candidates assessment methods
  • Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
