IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation
  • Oversee international logistics and customs processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery of IT assets
  • Conduct tenders and collaborate with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions
  • Maintain and update asset management records within ERP systems
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to align procurement activities with business objectives
  • Work across multiple time zones to support global procurement operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement
  • Proven experience in international logistics and customs processes
  • Experience working with vendors and managing tenders
  • Basic understanding of IT equipment configurations and pricing
  • Experience with asset management or ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • High level of organization and structured approach to work
  • Proactivity and ability to operate in uncertain environments
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Experience with IT equipment or in IT companies
  • Experience with global vendors or procurement platforms
  • Building processes from scratch
