  • Proactively engage with leads through channels like cold calling to promote our products and onboard new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support with our platforms and products
  • Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets by effectively promoting our product and encouraging trading activity
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions, account opening procedures, and handling KYC verification documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues in customer support, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the firm


  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Hindi
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a Forex brokerage, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, trading instruments, and client relationship management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
