Partner Relationship Manager – Morroco

Responsibilities
- Assisting in development and implementation of Go To Markets strategy.
- Building and managing a portfolio of mid-level and high-level company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
- Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams.
- Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term traveling may be involved).
- Helping both new and existing partners to increase their Trading Volume USD.
- Retaining existing partners and helping them achieve new levels.
- Attracting and qualifying new partners to a specific level.
- Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or required to support business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company working for NAF countries
- Experience of achieving results on international markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional)
- Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
- Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
- Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
- Fluency in English, Arabic, French and Berber
