Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment unit, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality hires and professional growth within the team
- Effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on pipeline health and recruitment flow effectiveness
- Track recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure all activities and deliverables align with established KPIs
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
- A goal-oriented “doer” who isn’t afraid to dive into the details while maintaining a high-level strategy
- In-depth expertise in sourcing and hiring quality candidates across various levels
- Exceptional project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shift priorities in a dynamic business landscape
- A critical thinker focused on continuous improvement and high responsiveness (client-centric approach)
