Partner Relationship Manager – Egypt
Middle East and North Africa | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, attract, and onboard new partners while retaining, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing ones
- Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they receive full support in achieving their business objectives
- Ensure full compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
- Develop and implement market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with internal teams such as marketing, loyalty campaigns, and events
- Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars; this may involve occasional short-term travel
- Support both new and existing partners in increasing their trading volume in USD
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and surpassing targets
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company working for Egypt country
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment
- Proven experience in achieving results in international markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently at all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles (both retail and institutional)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build consensus
