Learning and Development Manager

Office, Cyprus | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and design strategic programmes
  • Lead the design and rollout of key L&D initiatives (leadership, technical, onboarding, values)
  • Oversee LMS content strategy: ensure training is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with business priorities
  • Define KPIs and evaluate programme effectiveness through analytics and feedback
  • Coach and mentor L&D Specialists on LMS administration and content design
  • Drive adoption of innovative learning technologies and blended learning approaches
  • Manage external providers, vendors, and contracts
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate skills, performance, and learning progress

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in senior roles
  • Strong expertise in LMS administration and content management, including vendor platforms
  • Proven experience in programme design and delivery in international / fast-growing companies
  • Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize learning
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • English level – Upper-intermediate
