Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic regional marketing strategies aligned with our overall commercial vision, creating plans to achieve ambitious commercial targets
  • Develop and refine regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and increase brand awareness
  • Actively engage with the team and contractors to solve business challenges and provide strategic advice
  • Conduct and interpret market research and competitive analysis in the region, translating findings into innovative campaign strategies
  • Ensure effective communication with the compliance team to identify new marketing opportunities while meeting regulatory standards
  • Closely monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting actionable insights and identifying ways to improve
  • Manage regional marketing budget, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives
  • Act as a key facilitator and advocate for marketing in regional forums, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
  • Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs in coordination with the marketing and business development departments, ensuring consistency with the global campaign narrative

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to regional markets
  • Expertise in creating and implementing effective social media marketing (SMM) strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • Demonstrated success in launching and promoting new products, achieving measurable market penetration
  • Proficiency in web and mobile app analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience in managing paid traffic channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and/or SEO initiatives to drive user acquisition and conversion
  • Experience in managing monthly marketing budgets ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact allocation
