Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the company’s physical office in Vanuatu and oversee its operations
  • Managing on-site inspections from local authorities
  • Ensuring that the business activities comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines issued by the regulatory authorities (VFSC, VFIU)
  • Onboarding and due diligence of clients as per internal procedures
  • Monitoring of the clients’ profiles, accounts, and activity
  • Daily reporting and its analysis
  • Preparing client information for the purpose of VFSC quarterly annual reporting
  • Providing ongoing support to the existing and potential clients of the Company
  • Assistance to the Board of Directors and other Departments of the Company

Requirements

  • Experience in working with documents and processing large amounts of electronic data
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality
